Robert Uhrich

Before attending architecture school, Robert worked in the trades. He attributes his success in architecture to the experience gained during this time. Robert adds value by acting as a translator. He effectively communicates with instructors. He understands the importance of sight lines, infrastructure, and modern equipment.

Lauri Uhrich

Lauri offers 20 years of experience in education facility planning, programming, and grant writing. Lauri's expertise is in developing study outlines, leading discussions, and collecting the necessary data to write a compelling report. She will aid you in developing project scopes and discussing spatial needs.

For 14 years, Lina has been designing education labs. Her ability to translate your needs into functional and efficient space is unrivaled. Lina has a passion for design along with an extensive understanding of infrastructure requirements.

Kevin Heaney

Kevin offers 10 years of Sustainability experience and acts as the Sustainability/ Performance Building lead on all RGU Projects. He conducts code reviews, develops ADA solutions, and spends his time detailing solutions to complex problems. Kevin also offers a strong understanding of construction.

Beau Tanner

Beau focuses on assisting the planning team (including owners) in making informed decisions and presenting concepts through multiple visualization methods. He is detail oriented and dedicated to delivering our technical drawings.
