PROJECT
DESCRIPTION: The new Trades Center for Green River Community College will
provide classroom and instructional space for the College's Vocational and
Technical education programs (Welding Science, Machine Technology, Auto Body
Technology, Automotive Technology and Carpentry).
RGU is the
architectural firm in charge of developing the laboratory spaces and the
integration of equipment and support systems. The project
scope includes meeting current and future needs of the technical education
departments. RGU is teamed with SM Stemper Architects of Seattle,
Washington on this project.
Trades Centers
are unique facilities for a college campus and have a history of
educating and preparing the workforce for careers in industries that
fuel regional economic development.
