Project Description: This
project was
design-build with construction
documents completed in 2 months.
Details and drawings were provided as needed throughout the construction
phase.
The resort
consists of two gaming rooms (smoking and non-smoking), a restaurant,
lounge, tribal office suite, 50 room hotel, swimming pool, video arcade, and
gift shop. Primary concerns for this facility were affordability, security,
adaptability, flexibility, full service facilities, and creating a
resort-like atmosphere while portraying the Nez Perce culture. Special
elements include a circle drive with large timber canopies which frame a Nez
Perce tribal historical landmark .
