Project Description: This is a state project but funded by donations from the local community. The base bid includes the construction of a new concrete masonry building shell (approximately 5,423 sq ft) to include concrete footings, foundation walls, a slab, and all plumbing and electrical work. Three bid alternate additions will be provided for the finishing of the building as funds allow. The building will include locker rooms for baseball and soccer, offices for coaches, a concession stand, and bathrooms. This facility will be a great enhancement for CBC hosted athletic events and for the community at large.
